UPWARD SOCCER REGISTRATION IS GOING ON NOW!!

Registration forms can be found at the Welcome Center tables. Mail the form and fee to the church or drop them off at the office between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Registration cost per child is $70. The deadline for registration is August 13, 2011. Soccer shorts are included in the registration cost, but each child must provide their own cleats and shin guards. This is for children kindergarten through 6th grade (boys and girls). Scholarships are available.

Upward Evaluations will be on Tuesday, August 2nd between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 11th between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, August 13 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Everyone must attend one soccer evaluation.

Practices begin the week of Monday, August 22.

First game is scheduled for Saturday, September 10

Awards Celebration will be Sunday, October 30
